Russian-Hungarian Higher Education Forum - Prospects and Development

February 17, 2017 RUDN representatives visited the Russian-Hungarian forum on higher education, held in the Cultural, Scientific and Information Center of Hungary in Moscow. This forum brought together representatives of a number of interested Russian and Hungarian universities to discuss the prospects for cooperation and the latest developments in the educational relations between Russia and Hungary.

The Forum was opened with a welcoming speech by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to the Russian Federation, Mr. Janos Balla. Also in the event participated: from the Hungarian side - an employee of the international department of the Ministry of Social Resources of Hungary Maria Hoffman, head of the Department "StudyinHungary" of the Tempus Public Foundation Gabor Dobosh; From the Russian side - Director of the National Office of Erasmus + in Russia O. Oleinikova. Also, the forum participants were M. Gvozdev, the pro-rector for international activities of Petrozavodsk State University, sharing experience of cooperation with Hungarian universities.

During the event, priority areas for educational cooperation between Hungary and Russia, the possibilities for inter-university cooperation between the two countries, and Hungary's scholarship programs for foreign students were discussed. The RUDN is thankful to the Cultural, Scientific and Information Center of Hungary for the invitation to the event and hopes for fruitful educational cooperation with Hungarian universities.

25 winners of the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards 2024 scholarship program came to RUDN University

RUDN Institute of Environmental Engineering is hosting the winners of the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards 2024 state scholarship program for the second time. The participants chose between 126 universities from 23 countries, including the USA, Canada and Australia. 25 best Indonesian students chose Russia and came to Moscow for the first time.
