(Poddubsky A. A., Shuravilin A.V., Dokukin P.A., Gurina R. R., Kalayjyan C.)

The invention relates to the field of agriculture and can find application in the irrigation of small areas due to the accumulation of local runoff and drainage water. Drainage and moistening system contains a drainage network joined with the containment pond 5 of the drainage, the drainage pump station 7 connected through a fine water filter 8 to the network of water distribution pipelines 9 connected to irrigation pipelines 10 with water drip emitters 11. The containment pond 5 is equipped a protective screen 6. Screen 6 is made of a number of panels of lighttight membrane material, one edge of which is mounted on floats of adjacent cables and other quick couplings connected to the adjacent material web. Through the line of quick-disconnect joints, the panels are fastened with bayonet joints in the form of bolts with axial holes and nuts. The system allows to reduce evaporation water losses from the surface of the containment pond and reduce the amount of dead water in it, as well as improve the reliability of the fine water filter.
