RUDN University doctor presented a way to combat the “immortality” of cancer cells to colleagues in India
Professor Pokrovsky gave lectures on the possibilities of using enzymes in oncology, presented his own data and told what research is being carried out in the laboratory at the Department of Biochemistry named after Academician T.T. Berezova RUDN.
“This visit marked a significant milestone in the development of Russian-Indian relations. The spirit of cooperation and commitment to knowledge exchange are the key pillars of a successful partnership between our countries,” Vadim Pokrovsky, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Biochemistry at RUDN University.
Scientists conducted research in college laboratories, discussed future experiments and agreed on joint scientific publications.
On 7 February, the second day of the conference, 16 round-table meetings were held simultaneously under the general theme “Modern trends in science and education: graduate competences in the age of artificial intelligence”.
From 19 to 23 November 2024, RUDN hosted the III International Scientific Conference ‘For the Sustainable Development of Civilisation: Cooperation, Science, Education, Technology’. The event gathered more than 2000 participants from 72 countries.
